USN Report: We've started turn 4 here, IJN PoC is at +22 with a -4 PoC bid. On Turn 3 Ed gave me Indonesia to focus on Pearl. All USN bases/Ports north of Guadalcanal have been converted. USN has 4 US CVs and Hermes available at the start of turn 4 to IJN's 5 CVs and 4 CVLs.
USN Surrender: I do not think that will be necessary, if I win all the zones that my Turn 7 CVs can reach, and you take NPO and Japanese Islands I will gain 8 PoC to bring it to 21, on the last turn I'll at most be able to get 16 PoC (no Aleutians) and the bid is 4.0ish.
The math just doesn't seem to work out well. The only way to change the math would be to break up control of Japan on Turn 7...
I looked at that, you have more Carriers, more Battleships, and better cruisers. If all my BBs make their speed rolls I'll have the same number of surface ships as you, so I won't be able to eliminate your CVs in a night and then go for Day.
I think its the right time to concede
IJN Report: Charlie and I have completed our T10 game with my IJN winning at the end of T6. Turn 4 was a disaster for Charlie as he lost all 4 USN CVs while I lost 1 lba and a marine.
Thanks for the game Charlie. I get a little payback for WBC! I’m sure we will meet again. Good luck the rest of the way in the T10.
