IJN Report: I've had 4 LBA over the Hawaiians for some time (weeks? - 1/22 was his last message) in turn three waiting . . . one US CV is alive.
USN Report: It is currently Turn 6, I just sent my USN raiders out in another attempt to stave off elimination. Last turn I needed a day action in SPO to stop his NLF from invading Lae and this turn is no different, a night action in SPO will basically finish me off.
The US Surface Fleet is Virtually non-existant (7 BBs, 5 CAs) while the IJN Carrier arm is depleted (3 CVs, 1 CVL). USN is threatening the conversion of Indonesia this turn (if the NLF in SPO is stopped) with Marines headed to Marshalls and Hawaiian Islands.
IJN PoC is currently +29 with a -4 PoC bid.
USN Surrender: I looked at the best case scenario PoC figure and even if I flag all the zones I still am able to Flag, the PoC will not budge from 29. Trying to make up 25 PoC (after bid) with 2 turns to go and you having a safe zone of the Japanese Islands and denying my LBA (and turn 7 reinforcements) to Indonesia I don't think there is much reason to continue the fight.
Congratulations Dan on beating me, I tried to cause trouble for you, but in the end I couln't win the preference roll I needed.
