Nick: Alan Applebaum has defeated me in our VitP T10 match. We played with options 1 and 2. Alan had the IJN for a bid of 4.5 POC. At the end of turn 7 the score was 21 POC in favor of the IJN. I conceded since the USN could not gain more than 16 POC on the last turn (USN would not be able to patrol AI).

Alan: I confirm this report. Nick had me on the ropes after three turns, but a couple of lucky battles late in the game turned it around for me.
