Notes: It can be argued that the IJN didn't control the Central Pacific on Turn 1. However, since no significant USN force passed through the Central Pacific during the historical period matching turn two and in consideration of the imminently scheduled invasion of Midway (not to mention play balance), I've left the Central Pacific in IJN hands.
